		<description>I&#039;ve only entered a few contests. Really it was for the final judges to be forced to read my pages, if I finaled.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did end up getting a request for the full from the agent judge and some great comments from the editor. I really wanted feedback to know that this book was something I could sell and had the right &#039;hook&#039; before I finished it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don&#039;t really like entering a bunch of contests just to see if I can win...or win repeatedly. Why spend $30 a pop for that?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good luck with your contest, though. I&#039;ve never heard of a writer using a contest in quite that way before...</description>
